Reasoning 

Our current political communication is childish and violent in nature. There is little humility, and many are having to deceive us in order to keep the illusion going that they know what they are doing. This also leads to confrontational politics as opposed to cooperative politics. 

Methodology

Learning to pause (for 30-60 seconds) before responding to questions.

Being the one who asks the questions.

Responding to questions with phrases like:

•    I was wrong

•    I don’t know

•    Let me think about that for a moment

•    Can I please get back to you on that one
